The 5am club is a phrase that was coined by Robin Sharma.

It is essentially a routine that you are supposed to follow every morning, when you wake up at 5am in the morning.

This is my personal variation of the 5am club.

If you follow this routine as often as you are able to, you will start developing some vital success habits. The 5am is an effective way to reprogram your subconscious mind. To start improving on your self image and to start thinking positively. This in turn will make you more likely to start achieving your personal goals and objectives.

So print it out, stick it on the fridge, mirror, cupboard or anywhere else where you will see it regularly.
